Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By booking and attending a reflexology session with us, you agree to the terms set out below. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. Services Provided

We provide professional reflexology treatments intended to promote relaxation and support overall wellbeing. Reflexology does not diagnose, prescribe, or claim to cure any medical conditions. It is a complementary therapy and should not replace medical advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

2. Appointments and Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or email.

  • You will receive confirmation of your appointment once it is scheduled.

  • Please arrive on time. If you are late, your session may be shortened but charged in full.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50–100% of the session fee.

  • No-shows may be charged in full.

  • Exceptions may be made in cases of illness or emergencies at our discretion.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time on the day of your appointment unless agreed otherwise.

  • We accept cash and card payments for bookings.

  • Any packages or advance bookings must be used within the timeframe agreed at purchase.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Please complete consultation form prior to first appointment.

  • Please provide accurate and complete health and personal information relevant to your treatment.

  • Inform us of any changes to your health before each session.

  • Reflexology is not suitable for all conditions – we reserve the right to decline or refer you if it is not in your best interest to proceed.

6. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as strictly confidential in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and our Privacy Policy. We will never share your information without your consent unless legally required.

7. Practitioner Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment. We are fully insured and qualified to practice reflexology in the UK.

8. Code of Ethics

We adhere to the professional standards of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Our practice is rooted in professionalism, respect, and the wellbeing of our clients.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • Reflexology is a complementary therapy and does not substitute medical treatment.

  • While we aim to offer the best possible care, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from treatments.

  • We are not liable for any adverse effects arising from non-disclosure of relevant information or misuse of advice given during treatments.

10. Complaints and Feedback

We welcome feedback and are committed to addressing any concerns promptly. If you wish to make a complaint, please contact info@aurorareflexology.co.uk and we will aim to respond within 7 working days.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be made available via our website or provided in writing upon request.
